SPRAY DRYING

Spray drying is an efficient and cost-effective way to dry products, but also to encapsulate active ingredients at the same time. At Encapsulation Austria, we use different spray towers for individual needs with different technologies and capacities to encapsulate a variety of food products such as custard powder, baked goods, dietary supplements, etc.

FLUID BED DRYING

The fluidized bed drying process is particularly interesting for larger particle sizes and perfectly free-flowing and dust-free powders. As the leading supplier in Austria, Encapsulation Austria offers agglomerating fluid bed technology for contract drying. The agglomeration and the drying take place in the same step.

EXTRUSION

Through the process of extrusion, various ingredients can be encapsulated in complex shapes in a particularly long-lasting manner. At Encapsulation Austria, we work with melt extrusion and use different modifications to stably encapsulate your food and functional substances in any shape and size according to your wishes.
